Head chef Jess Allen's "Dessert Coffee Garden"

Brunch just got more indulgent at Industry Beans with our new "Dessert Coffee Garden". The latest creation of head chef Jess Allen, this share plate dessert features an imaginative use of coffee chemistry. On the plate is a garden of sweet culinary delights: chocolate soil, espresso tuile, pistachio sponge, nasturtiums, raspberry coulis, lemon curd, coffee foam and cold drip caviar. Delicious and the perfect finish to a long, springtime brunch!
