Winter is here... and it's tasting great!

WINTER 15 fantastic as a black or white brew


With WINTER 2015 we decided to marry together two fantastic African coffees with the goal of creating a super satisfying coffee for those chilly winter days.


70% Matura Station, BURUNDI


Bringing apricot sweetness, mellow rounded body and turkish delight.


This washing station was established by a Belgian-Burundian couple that combine traditional coffee production of the ancestral lands with sustainable development. The coffee cherries from the Kirundo Province of North Eastern Burundi are hand picked and delivered to the washing station at sunset for night time processing.  

30% Korate Sidamo, ETHIOPIA

Amplifying the sweetness of the Matura Station along with bringing lovely strawberry notes.

Small plot farmers from the surrounding mountain belt bring their crop to Korate station by donkey and horseback. The station’s owners have been awarded for the implementation of a sophisticated and sustainable water management system that enables water to be naturally filtered and pumped back into the processing chain.
