The change of Autumn is sweeping through Fitzroy, bringing with it a new seasonal offering. With this shift comes a change to our Seasonal Espresso: Autumn, complemented with a limited Autumnal dessert pairing. In this year’s Autumn blend, the flavour profiles capture the change of colour and mood in nature around us, with tasting notes of pomegranate, nectarine and brown sugar.
With these three tasting notes as the inspiration for the dish, our chefs have created a dessert that captures the mood of the season. Our Autumn dessert is a spiced apple cake with blackberry nectarine coulis, pomegranate ginger foam, and a chocolate 'honeycomb' with lime curd and coffee caviar.
We believe there’s no better way to celebrate the season than to enjoy an Autumn espresso and dessert and a moment of appreciation of the changes the season brings. Our Autumnal pairing will be available seven days a week in Fitzroy and our newly launched Sydney café York Street.
