Our Fitzroy Cafe & Roastery is Moving!
The news is out! After eight incredible years, we are relocating our Fitzroy cafe & roastery just two blocks up the street. We'd stay forever if we could, but our block is being developed.
As we've grown and evolved, we've marked many milestones at 3/62 Rose St., so this move is a pretty big one for us. Here are the details and we'll keep you updated:
Last Weeks at Rose Street
We'll be operating as usual, albeit with a little more nostalgia and gusto, until Sunday 30th of May. We eagerly invite you to come in and make some memories with us before the big move!
Our new home
Quite literally just up the street, our new HQ sits on the corner of Fitzroy & Westgarth, at 70-76 Westgarth St.
Cafe in construction
Our new cafe is an exciting space, with more dining area, a signature Industry Beans coffee bar, a first class kitchen and a specialised coffee retail shop. The thing is - it's not quite ready! But we wouldn't leave our Fitzroy community without coffee, pastries & beans for home. So for a few weeks starting Monday 31st of May, we'll be working out of a take-away pop up....
Roasting as usual
While our cafe is still under construction, our new roastery will be up and running without any downtime during the move - so our wonderful wholesale partners and our ecommerce community won't go without the good stuff.
New cafe opening
Stay tuned and get excited - at the start of July we'll be opening the doors to our new flagship Fitzroy cafe.
Moving won't lose any of our history and our mission remains unchanged - we'll continue to source, roast and brew amazing coffee, create unique experiences, and serve our customers, wholesale clients and community with excellent hospitality.
