This coffee is grown and processed in Kore, a small village in the district of Kochere, which is located in the famous Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The soils in this region are red-brown clay soil, and about 1.5 meters deep and it is estimated that up to ten-thousand naturally cross-pollinated varietals grow in the area.
