We sourced this coffee from Lohas Beans, a group of young producers who are pushing the limits of specialty coffee with agricultural practises and advanced processing methods.

Where It's From

The renowned Pitalito region of Huila, Colombia, is a testament to the region's rich coffee heritage and ideal growing conditions. Situated at altitudes ranging from 1700 to 1900 meters above sea level, it provides the perfect environment for
producing high-quality coffee beans.

Tastes Like

In the cup, this coffee has a very sweet and fruity profile, combined with a soft malic acidity. Look out for enjoyable notes of apricot and grape.

Espresso brewing tip: we recommend a slightly finer grind for this Colombian coffee. Not too fine as to risk channelling - but fine enough to give a decent amount of contact time and increase the sweetness in the final cup.
