This lot comes from Tracon Coffee’s Uraga mill in the town of Solomo. Comprised of three native varieties, the coffee was dried under shade with a thin layer of pulp intact, giving it a deep red colour and sticky appearance prior to it being milled - which is where the “red honey” process gets its name. We have roasted this coffee with the intent of maximizing its gentle fruit sweetness and citric acidity whilst maintaining its lush, velvety body.
