TERMS & CONDITIONS - GAME OF CHANCE 

“Win a Year’s Supply of Industry Beans Coffee” Promotion 

1. GENERAL 

  1. These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to the Promotion. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.  

  1. The Promoter is Industry Beans Pty Ltd, 70–76 Westgarth St, Fitzroy VIC 3065, Australia.  

  1. The entrant is responsible for ensuring their familiarity with these Terms. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.  

 

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD 

  1. The Promotion commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Friday 5 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 21 June 2026 (Promotion Period).  

 

3. ELIGIBILITY 

  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years or older who have a valid email address and mobile phone number.  

  1. Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.  

  1. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at its discretion.  

 

4. HOW TO ENTER 

  1. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 
    (a) purchase any coffee product from an Industry Beans outlet at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG); 
    (b) receive an entry card at point of purchase; 
    (c) scan the QR code provided; and 
    (d) complete the online entry form on the Promotion landing page, including:  

  • full name;  

  • valid email address;  

  • mobile phone number; and  

  • agreeing to join the Industry Beans database and receive marketing communications; 
    and (optionally) submit an Instagram post link to qualify for bonus entries.  

 

5. BONUS ENTRIES – UGC MECHANIC 

  1. Eligible Entrants may receive bonus entries by participating in the “Game Day Coffee Moment” mechanic: 
    (a) posting a photo or video on Instagram during the Promotion Period; 
    (b) tagging @IndustryBeans and using #MCGCoffeeMoment; 
    (c) submitting the Instagram post link via the entry form; 
    (d) ensuring their Instagram profile is set to public at the time of verification.  

  1. Bonus entries will only be awarded once verified by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any content that is incomplete, inappropriate, or does not comply with these Terms.  

 

6. ENTRIES GENERALLY 

  1. Multiple entries are permitted, with one (1) entry per qualifying purchase.  

  1. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information.  

  1. Any costs associated with entering the Promotion are the responsibility of the entrant.  

  1. Entries are deemed to be received at the time the online entry form is successfully submitted.  

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties, network failures, or issues with the entry mechanism.  

  1. The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated automatic entries is prohibited and will render all entries invalid.  

  1. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or unlawful entries will be deemed invalid.  

  1. Entrants warrant that any submitted content is original and does not infringe third-party rights.  

 

7. WINNER DETERMINATION 

  1. Winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Entries as follows: 
    (a) Minor prize draws: conducted weekly during the Promotion Period, each Monday at 10:00am (AEST) at the Promoter’s premises. Entries not selected will remain eligible for subsequent draws; and 
    (b) Major prize draw: conducted at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday 22 June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises. All Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will be included.  

  1. All draws will be conducted using a random selection process.  

 

8. PRIZES 

Major Prizes (3 winners) 

Each winner will receive: 

  • 1 x Year’s Supply of Industry Beans Coffee, defined as 12 x 1kg bags of Fitzroy Street Espresso Blend, valued at AUD $816 (RRP). 
    The prize may be supplied over a 12-month period or as otherwise determined by the Promoter.  

 

Minor Prizes 

Minor prizes consist of: 

  • 1 x double pass, being two (2) tickets, to a match hosted at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). The match, date, and seating allocation will be determined by the Melbourne Cricket Club ABN 92 871 871 964 (MCC) in its sole discretion and is subject to availability;  

  • 5 x Industry Beans café vouchers valued at $50 each; and  

  • Industry Beans merchandise (type and quantity determined by the Promoter).  

  1. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.  

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize.  

 

9. TOTAL PRIZE POOL 

  1. The total prize pool is less than AUD $5,000 (inclusive of GST).  

 

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REDRAW 

  1. Winners will be notified via email within 72 hours of each draw.  

  1. Winners must provide full contact details email and mobile number.  

  1. If a winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize is forfeited and a redraw will occur.  

  1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for notification failures due to incorrect contact details.  

 

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

  1. The Promoter may require verification of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding a prize.  

  1. If more than one person attempts to claim a prize, the Promoter will determine the rightful winner.  

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if required.  

  1. Any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in unlawful or improper conduct will be disqualified.  

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.  

  1.  Neither the Promoter nor the agencies or entities associated with this promotion (including the MCC) are liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the Promotion, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt, while all, or part, of the prizes are associated with the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Entrants acknowledge and agree that this promotion and any prize is not a promotion of the MCC and the MCC is not responsible for such promotion. 

  1. Winners may be required to participate in promotional activity without compensation.  

  1. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. The Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

 

12. PERSONAL INFORMATION & MARKETING CONSENT 

  1. By entering, entrants consent to joining the Industry Beans database and receiving marketing communications via email and SMS.  

  1. Entrants may opt out at any time.  

  1. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER 

  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.  

  1. Entrants acknowledge they are providing information to the Promoter, not Instagram or Meta.  

  1. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
