Housed in an open-planned award-winning warehouse conversion, Industry Beans Fitzroy is a coffee roastery, cafe and brew bar, all under one roof in Melbourne's inner north.

The seasonal brunch menu at Industry Beans Fitzroy is an expression of passion and creativity by our team of Chefs, working in close collaboration with our coffee roasting team, to create dishes that reflect the change each season brings. Each dish is carefully considered as part of a multi-course brunch dining experience where sides, desserts and drinks can be enjoyed.

The coffee menu features our flagship Fitzroy Street blend and Seasonal Espresso Blend for milk espresso coffees, alongside rotating single origins across a range of brewing methods including Espresso, Pour Over, Gold Mesh and Cold Brew on Tap. Each fortnight the coffee menu yields something new, alongside our two signature drinks - Cold Brew Bubble Cup and Fitzroy Iced.

In the roastery, out team roasts daily for our own cafés and a family of high-quality cafes and restaurants across Australia. Grab a seat at the roasting bench and watch the action happen.
