You'll get a brand new De'Longhi coffee machine - an all-in-one grinding, brewing and steaming solution to help you make consistently delicious coffee at home. Along with the machine, you'll get our All Time Espresso Blend delivered to you every 4 weeks. The membership price for the coffee + machine starts at $29/week and adjusts depending on how much coffee you'd like.
When you sign up as a member, you'll get extra perks such as access to video training sessions, discounts on industrybeans.com and from Industry Beans Cafes (T&Cs apply), and advanced access to offers and promotions.
We partnered up with De'Longhi to find a machine that makes awesome coffee at home, and isn't overly complicated. The De'Longhi La Specialista Prestigio is an all-in-one grinding, brewing and steaming solution, giving you freshly ground beans on demand, and the perfect extraction for your espresso, long black, flat white, latte, cappuccino, piccolo, macchiato .... or any milk-based coffee you like to drink, with an easy-to-use steam wand. We've tested it out and it has our tick of approval for a great home espresso experience.
For the first 12 months we own the coffee machine however after you have completed your 12 month membership we will sign the title over to you. If well-cared for, your machine should give you years more of great espresso.
Everything you need to get started, including your first delivery of coffee + a little extra to season the grinder, a reusable cup, a counter knock box (an absolute essential), a welcome letter with membership details, and a quick start guide.
From the date of sign up, your weekly payment will recur revery 7 days, and you're welcome to select that day yourself.
750g of beans will make you just over 2 cups a day, which is the average amount a household of 2-3 coffee drinkers goes through. If, like us, you can happily smash 3-4 cups of coffee a day, you may want to look at 1kg - or, if you're anticipating a lower consumption 500g. The good news is you can change your quantity at any stage throughout your membership (and we'll adjust your fee accordingly) as you get to know your coffee needs better.
You can pause your coffee deliveries if you need to (perhaps a holiday?) however your weekly payments cannot be paused. That simply means that at the end of your 12 months your machine will be paid off, and any outstanding deliveries will continue.
We've created a unique and premium specialty blend for home espresso extraction, which will be delivered as part of your subscription. You're welcome to use your membership discount to buy all your other favourites items online such as chocolate or chai, or to try our rotating Single Origin Coffees.
You certainly can. If you’re not happy with the performance of your machine and coffee, you can return with no further obligations. However, if you are happy with it (and we think you will be!) and stay on for a full 12 months, the machine is yours.
We will provide you with a support contact for any troubleshooting issues, and of course you will be fully covered by the 2 Year Manufacturer's Warranty. No regular servicing will be required; we'll provide you with tips & advice to keep your machine in perfect working order.
For now, the Gold Membership is exclusive to The Espresso Club™ but stay tuned for new Membership packages coming soon... and if you'd like to get a coffee subscription, check out our subscription coffees.
At this stage we don’t offer a machine only subscription. Our All Time Espresso Blend has been specifically developed for De’Longhi home machines and we think you’ll love it. If at any point you’d like to stop receiving coffee deliveries and membership benefits, you have the option to purchase your machine outright.
Once you have reached the end of your 52 week subscription, you’ll have the option to stay in the club and continue receiving coffee every four weeks at a discounted rate, starting from $7 / week, with all your membership benefits and perks. Plus, we’ll transfer over the ownership of your machine over to you!
Orders, Shipping & Returns
Orders are prepared, packed and out for dispatch the next business day (coffee is roasted fresh too!) from our roastery in Fitzroy, Melbourne.
Delivery can take around 2-3 business days for express shipping and 3-7 business days for standard delivery in Australia. For international orders, please allow 7-10 business days.
Please note that delays can arise due to restrictions or high volume of parcels with our couriers.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a separate email with a tracking link so you can see when your order has left our roastery and on its way to you.
Please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details of the correct product before 7am the next business day of when you placed your order. We will try our best to update your order however, we cannot always guarantee changes can be made.
We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges for purchases from our online store and cafes, coffee beans and other consumable goods. If you received wrong product or if they were delivered damaged, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to sort out a replacement for you.
If you purchased brewing equipment with us, we will be happy to exchange unopened and unused items (with original tags/labels and packaging). Please note that proof of purchase will need be to presented for exchanges.
All brewing equipment is covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If goods are found to be faulty we will offer a replacement under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
When you place an order with us, you will receive an email with tracking details to track your order and an estimated date of arrival. However, there are some cases where your order can be delayed due to different circumstances.
If your order has been past the estimated date of arrival, please allow up to an extra: 2 business days for Express Domestic 5 business days for Standard Domestic 5-7 business days for International orders

I'd like to try something new or unique - Try our Seasonal Espresso Blend - a coffee that we've carefully created to match the current season we're in and changes every three months
How much coffee you should order really depends on how many cups you drink in a day and in a week, and also how you brew your coffee (manual, automatic, strength, etc!) We offer quantities as low as 250g and as much as 1kg if you prefer more. To give you an idea, 500g of coffee a month will give you about 1-2 cups of coffee a day.
We roast our coffee fresh to order from Fitzroy in Melbourne, Australia.
You can choose the grind setting that matches your brew method from the drop down menu when you select any coffee. Do note that if you use a manual brew, you'll find more options from our filter beans.
If you can't find the grind setting you're after, you can let us know your preferred grind or current brew method in the order notes section or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can grind your coffee.
As a general rule, we recommend using the beans between 5-30 days to enjoy the fresh tasting coffee.
We believe that our coffee is at its best between 5-21 days after roast, but will last up to 2 months (if sealed and stored in a dark, cool place) before any serious degradation in flavour is noticeable.
If you have a preference for acidity and complexity then the earlier side of that window will be better, but if you prefer it to be smoother and less acidic then wait until 10 days for best results.
Yes - we purchase our coffee from ethical and specialty grade sources to get the best quality beans. There's many ways coffee is labelled as ethically sourced and fair trade is one of them. Some of our coffee are fair trade however, we focus on the best quality and fair price to deliver the best experience to our customers.

Unfortunately, you are unable to change the products in your gift subscription as these are already pre-paid by your gifter.
Tracking details are sent to the email that was registered when the gift subscription was set up. In most cases, this would the be giftee's details.
