Frequently asked questions about our online store
Orders, including freshly roasted coffee, are typically roasted, packed, and sent out from our Fitzroy, Melbourne roastery on the following business day. Delivery times may differ: Express shipping within Australia generally arrives within 2-3 business days, while standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. International orders may require 7-10 business days for delivery. It's important to note that occasional delays might arise due to courier constraints or a surge in orders.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a separate email containing a tracking link. This link will allow you to monitor your order's progress from our roastery to your doorstep.
If you've made an error in your order, please contact us at hello@industrybeans.com with your order number and the correct product details before 7 am on the following business day. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that modifications can always be made.
Regrettably, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases of items from our online store or cafes, including coffee beans and other consumable goods. If you have received the incorrect product or if it was delivered damaged, please reach out to us at hello@industrybeans.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.For brewing equipment purchases from us, unopened and unused items (with original tags/labels and packaging) may be exchanged. Please note that proof of purchase is required for exchanges.All brewing equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If a product is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
Upon placing an order, you'll promptly receive an email containing tracking information and an estimated delivery date. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. If your order surpasses the estimated delivery date, kindly allow for additional time: 2 business days for Express Domestic, 5 business days for Standard Domestic, and 5-7 business days for International orders. Should your order extend beyond these extended delivery windows, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at hello@industrybeans.com, and we'll swiftly attend to your inquiries.

Frequently asked questions about our Venues
We take bookings at our Fitzroy, Newstead and Chadstone Venues. For groups of 8 and under at Fitzroy, 10 and under at Chadstone and 12 and under for Newstead, head to our venues page to make a booking.
Bookings are available at Industry Beans Fitzroy, Chadstone and Newstead on weekdays and weekends. All our cafes also welcome walk-ins every day of the week
For large groups, please feel free to call the cafe directly to check availability. Let us know the date you’re planning for, how many people, and what time of day you’d like to book for, and our team can assist you. Our cafe phone numbers are: Fitzroy - 03 9417 1034, Chadstone - 03 9088 5549, Newstead - 07 3180 1190.
Bottomless Brunch is available at our Newstead café in Brisbane on the last Sunday of every month, we have two sessions you can book for – one at 10.30am and one at 1pm
All of our cafes have a selection of coffee to purchase for home, with our Fitzroy, Newstead, Chadstone and York St. cafes also carrying a range of brewing equipment and accessories. The product range varies from café to café but if it’s coffee you’re after please head in and our team can help find the right coffee for you.

We cater to a range of events, small and large - whether you’re looking to host a group brunch, a cocktail party or a wedding, we can accommodate most types of events.
Our venues offer varying capacities to accommodate your event needs. At Chadstone, we can host up to 150 guests standing or 100 seated. In Newstead, our venue accommodates up to 200 standing or 120 seated guests. In Fitzroy, we can accommodate 120 standing or 80 seated guests.
Yes, we provide catering for events held at our venue and also offer a range of catering packages for events held offsite
Parking arrangements vary depending on the location of our venues. At Chadstone, guests can enjoy ample free parking within the Chadstone Shopping Centre. In Newstead, parking options include both paid and unpaid parking on the surrounding streets. Similarly, in Fitzroy, guests have access to paid and unpaid parking facilities in the vicinity.
Yes, we encourage you to schedule in a site visit and tour with our team before booking your event
Yes we have facilities for audio visual presentations for corporate groups and as well as playing music for events. We can also put you in touch with local AV hire companies who can provide projectors, speakers and microphones and more!
We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking and a minimum of 30 days notice for cancellation for a full refund.
Yes, our Newstead, Chadstone and Fitzroy venues are Wheelchair accessible and have accessible bathrooms available.
We require a minimum of 2 weeks for most events, however, we ask that you book a minimum of 2 months in advance for full venue hire.

Frequently asked questions about The Espresso Club™
Contact us first on 03 9417 1034 or at espresso.club@industrybeans.com. We have trouble shooting that may get you back up and running, and can escalate this to a De’Longhi expert if needed. You’re covered by De'Longhi's Manufacturer's Warranty, so any issues can be resolved quickly.
Welcome to the Espresso Club! We will get in touch via email with the next steps (this can sometimes end up in the junk folder). If you chose to verify manually the email will have instructions on completing this step. Our team will review the sign up within one business day, and once approved, the machine and welcome pack are dispatched the next business day.
Your machine and welcome pack are sent express with Australia Post. Ongoing coffee orders are sent out via standard parcel post and are authorised to be left in a safe place. Keep an eye on your tracking email for updates.
Yes! You can change the weight and blend type you receive. If you'd like to try a different coffee as part of your subscription we can offer Rose Street, Fitzroy Street and Newstead blends or Single Origin Decaf, all at the same weekly cost. Rose Street Blend has a similar intensity to All Time Espresso with soft cherry notes in the cup. Fitzroy Street Blend is more complex with a balance of dark fruit flavours and chocolate sweetness. Newstead Blend is the smoothest in our offering, with tasting notes of blueberry and hazelnut. Changing the amount of coffee you receive monthly will change the weekly price, please contact us for more details.
We may have already sent an email to you if we weren’t able to process a weekly payment. You can use this to provide new details & make payment via the link. If we can change the regular payment day, or make any adjustments, please contact us 03 9417 1034 or at espresso.club@industrybeans.com.
Your monthly coffee orders will come out automatically, you don’t need to do a thing! The orders and weekly payments work together, any payment delay may delay the coffee order.
