Shipping & Delivery

Our coffee is roasted fresh to order! We aim to get your online purchase of coffee to you as quickly as possible. We will make every effort to process and ship your order on the same day when orders are received by 7am (business days).

 

Free shipping is facilitated by Australia Post and will generally reach an address within Australian capital cities within the following times:

 

  • Melbourne Metro area: 1-2 working days
  • Regional Victoria: 203 working days
  • Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane: 2-4 working days.
  • Canberra & Hobart: 1-5 working days.
  • Darwin, Perth and Interstate Regional areas: 3 - 10 days.

 

All orders are sent with a tracking number. If your order has not been received within 10 working days please check your tracking number online or reach out to us on Live Chat.

Express Option: If you need your coffee quickly, we offer Express Postage via Australia Post for a flat rate of $3. Once processed, Express Postage is set up to be a next business day delivery service to Australian Metro Cities - depending on how busy the AusPost network is, there may be an extra day or two but it's still your fastest option.

Australia Post have authority to leave your delivery at your address if you are not at home. This ensures you receive your coffee as quickly and as hassle-free as possible. If the delivery driver does not identify a safe place to leave your coffee then it will be available for collection from your local Australia Post outlet, as per the delivery card left by the driver.

Espigao, Brazil

Fazenda Espigao is located in the town of Campos Altos, in the mountainous Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil. There, all coffees undergo rigorous processes for quality, from the initial production of the crops, through processing and post-harvest. This natural processed lot has an incredibly luscious, creamy body, with notes of nuts and fruit and a moreish lactic acidity. When roasting this coffee, we’ve taken care to balance and highlight its sweetness and body.

Meselech Tube, Ethiopia

This is an exciting new coffee to our roastery, which we have had the opportunity to source through the Lalisaa Project. The Project focuses on promoting smaller producers in key areas of Ethiopia, encouraging strong growing practices, and helping farmers take control of their part of the supply chain. We have created a roast profile to suit the high altitude of this coffee, with a shorter drying phase. The result in the cup is a coffee has a long, creamy mouthfeel and moreish acidity, which we look forward to brewing through the Winter months.

Sangalai, Kenya

This sweet, clean and juicy coffee gets its name from the Sumburu word for the Bull Elephant. It’s an incredibly high-quality blend combining the production of many smallholder farmers, all producing 85+ coffee. In the cup, its classic Kenyan profile of juicy berries and complex acidity speaks for itself. When roasting this coffee, we’ve extended the development phase whilst maintaining the same overall roast time to account for the coffee's high density. The result is a beautiful sugary sweetness, a vibrant acidity, a smooth buttery body, and a well-defined structure. What a cup!
