Autumn is a light-medium roast blend, designed to represent the feeling of change in the season around us. It has a sweet yet rich flavour profile, and can be enjoyed through any brew method. Autumn has a roast intensity of 6.5/10.

Varietal: Ethiopian Landraces

Process: Natural

Atitude: 2,000 masl

Sourced from the renowned Guji Zone in Ethiopia, this coffee drives the berry sweetness in the blend, and is roasted to best enhance these notes.

El Vergel, Colombia 50%

Varietal: Caturra

Process: Anaerobic Natural

Altitude: 1,400 masl

Sourced from the Tolima region, this coffee contributes to the blend's richness as well as a citric acidity. We're roastint it to most enhance the brightness, and avoid any bitterness

Absolutely love the canister. It’s beautiful aesthetically and does an exceptional sewing job to ensure no air and sunlight to the beans. Definitely tasting better. Only down side is it is annoying to hold and twist to get air out. Would love this to be made a little more automated like by pushing a button. This is where its competition, the air press may have an advantage. But reviews were stronger on this one noting the quality of how it’s made. And it is quality! Definitely recommend.
