In this video, learn about descaling, the most important maintenance procedure which helps to remove limescale from the inside of the machine and to keep it working at the optimum level. Your machine will need descaling approximately every 600-700  cups, depending on your water hardness. It's a simple procedure and you should only use De'Longhi specific descaling solution.
