What's in the blend

Three single origin coffees from different growing regions

Rancho Fundo, Brazil 34%

Juliano Mendonça Araujo and his brothers have been cultivating coffee at Rancho Fundo since the 1980s. This lot contributes the rich dark chocolate notes and strong lingering aftertaste to the blend.

Bolaven, Laos 33%

Spread over three districts of Paksong, Laongam and Thateng, 1855 smallholders make up the Bolaven Plateau Coffee Producers Cooperative. This lot enhances the blend's brown sugar sweetness.

Bugisu, Uganda 33%

Sourced from various areas, including the eastern region of Mount Elgon, Bugisu is a highly sought after coffee. When roasting, we've extended the maillard phase to increase its mouthfeel, contributing a sweet backbone to the blend.

How do I choose a blend?

Each of our blends has been created to a different flavour profile, so we're sure you'll find something that suits you best. Read through our blend guide for some guidance.

Should I order whole beans or ground?

That's completely up to you! Freshly ground coffee will always deliver more flavour, but if you don't have a coffee grinder we'll grind your order the day it's shipped to ensure it gets to you as fresh as possible.

When will this coffee be roasted?

The coffee has been roasted within 1-3 days of it being sent to you. We find our coffee starts tasting it's best around 10 days after roasting, and up to 28 days if stored well. We know you might be enjoying it sooner than that, but good things come to those who wait! We will pack and send your order the next business day after you place it.

How do your coffee subscriptions work?

Our coffee subscriptions are self-managed with no commitment - simply select your desired quantity and frequency and you're up and running! Every subscription order receives an automatic 10% discount, and you'll have access to a customer portal to make any changes you like along the way.
