All Time is a medium-dark roast blend, designed to satisfy lovers of strong coffee. It has a traditional flavour profile, smoothed and enhanced with a specialty roasting approach. All Time has a roast intensity of 9/10, and is a rich, bold drinking experience.

What's in the blend
Three single origin coffees from different growing regions
Fazenda California, Brazil 34%
This coffee has undergone a double fermentation process, where cherries are left to soak overnight in 8 degree spring water before being pulped, washed and very slowly dried on raised beds. In the blend, it creates an ideal base to balance the other two components.

Finca Churupampa, Peru 33%
This coffee was sourced from Finca Churupampa farm in Cajamarca, Peru, where sustainable practices are front of mind. It contributes the silky body and milk chocolate note characteristic of our signature blend.
Okalu, PNG 33%
This lot was sourced from the fertile Eastern Highlands Province. When roasting, we've extended the maillard phase to increase its mouthfeel, contributing a sweet backbone to the blend.
