What does Professionally Refurbished mean?

Previously loved machines are sent to our service partner for testing and general maintenance to ensure they are in perfect working order. The group seal is replaced, the grinder is cleaned and seasoned, and the whole machine is deep cleaned. All necessary components are reviewed and replaced if necessary. The result is a smooth working, fully kitted out coffee machine!

What do I do if I have problems with my machine?

If you encounter any issues with your machine, let us know - we may be able to help! If we can't, we'll help you get in touch with De'Longhi.

Do refurbished machines have a warranty?

The manufacturer warranty does not apply to these machines, however we are pleased to offer a 30 day parts warranty on the off chance that anything doesn't work. We haven't had any issues with our refurbished machines to date.

Will the machine look second-hand?

There may be some minor cosmetic marking - for example, a scratch on the drip tray or mark on the paintwork, but all the important parts will working be as-new.

When will my order ship?

We'll prepare your machine and complimentary coffee to ship within 1-3 business days.

Where can I find accessories like Water Filters and Descaler?

Some De'longhi Machines require routine descaling and change of Water Filters, to keep running smoothly. You're in luck, we stock them both - use our search bar to find them quickly.
