We are thrilled to introduce our newest seasonal Autumn espresso blend, which has been specially crafted to capture the essence of this season.

This Autumn, we’ve sourced and roasted a balanced, sweet and velvety cup to carry us gently into the cooler seasons. Our Autumn blend consists of two carefully selected coffees from different parts of the world – Bella Vista from Colombia and Ngororero from Rwanda.

We have roasted each of these coffees to highlight their contributing characteristics to create a perfectly balanced, velvety and sweet cup.

Ngororero, Rwanda is a washed coffee that contributes a lovely brightness and acidity that reminds us of the golden afternoons of Autumn. This coffee is produced by the Ngororero washing station, which is well-known for producing high-quality coffee beans that are recognised globally.
 
The second component to the blend is Bella Vista, Colombia - an anaerobic natural coffee produced by Ferney Plazas, a fourth-generation coffee producer who is known for their dedication to quality and sustainability. The Bella Vista coffee offers a delicious sweetness and creaminess which provides a perfect pairing to Ngororero.
 
Brewing deliciously on its own and with milk, the Autumn blend is smooth and velvety, with tasting notes of white chocolate, hazelnut praline and strawberry. Keep reading for our home espresso brewing recipe!

A good extraction of our Autumn blend will result in a velvety and balanced espresso with a lovely bright sweetness. If it is tasting too acidic or savoury, use a finer grind setting and increase your shot time. If it is dry and bitter or lacking acidity then coarsen your grind and decrease your shot time.
