The Inspiration Behind Our High Tea (& Coffee) Menu
"At Chadstone, we serve a very high-end clientele, situated next to luxury boutiques. We believed there would be an appreciation for a premium High Tea (& Coffee) offering. Typically, you need to venture into the city for such an experience, so bringing this to the southeastern suburbs is a delightful treat for the locals!" - Kris
Key Ingredients and Seasonal Highlights
When asked about the key ingredients used in the menu, Kris emphasized a blend of traditional and innovative elements.
"We wanted to maintain some classic components, like the smoked salmon and cucumber finger sandwich, but also incorporate our unique twists. The Lobster Roll is inspired by a popular menu item at Chadstone, and the jam for the scones features native Australian Munthari berries. We love using native ingredients, and these berries complement the buttermilk scones perfectly."

"I love the Coffee Garden Tart. It's quite intricate and requires a lot of care to perfect. The gold leaf adds a beautiful touch, aligning wonderfully with the overall high tea theme."
