Single Origin Espresso
Long Miles, Burundi
Fragrant, sticky and luscious

This is our first year sourcing coffee from Long Miles, though we’ve been sourcing Burundian coffee for many years. Rather than a single hyper-specific microlot, this coffee brings together exceptional coffee from across multiple communities. Cherries are selected based on origin hill and drying quality, then rigorously graded, resulting in a coffee that captures both consistency and character.

Baroida is a beautiful example of the clarity and balance Papua New Guinea can offer. If the name sounds familiar to you, that's because we featured Baroida last season as part of our seasonal filter blend. Its sweetness and balanced acidity make it perfect for a single origin espresso roast, so we're delighted to offer you a new way to enjoy this coffee.

We’ve been sourcing high-quality components for our blends from Ugacof for several years, so we were genuinely excited when they recently introduced a new microlot program. As part of that program, a customised experimental anaerobic natural process was created perfectly suited to the conditions at Mubuku Washing Station. The result is a lot that showcases a consistent, high-quality flavour profile.

A big personality lot from producer Gil César de Melo from Espigao in Cerrado Mineiro, that we're pleased to have sourced for a sixth consecutive year. As always, this year's lot is delivering a big impression in the cup.

Tastes Like
Espigao has a big personality with a hint of wildness that makes it a very exciting brew. Expect beautifully rich tropical fruits backed up with an intense dark chocolate sweetness.
