
Every three months at Industry Beans, we create two unique blends that capture the feeling of the season around us: a Seasonal Espresso and a Seasonal Filter.
This Autumn, we have sourced and roasted to create a unique pair of blends that invite you to settle in and linger longer. Whether you're brewing at home or visiting one of our cafes, our Autumn coffees are here to re-set your coffee ritual for the months ahead.

Autumn Espresso Blend
Syrupy and sweet
Crafted to reflect the grounding nature of Autumn, our Seasonal Espresso Blend brings together two single origin coffees in equal parts.
The first, Sakoko Timor Leste, brings the blend's fruit notes, along with its rich, creamy body. To complement, Umuko Rwanda offers a bright citrus acidity and leads the blend's sweet, balanced aftertaste.
Together, they create an expressive and balanced espresso with notes of blackberry, orange blossom and grapefruit.

Blend Components
Sakoko, Timor Leste
Anaerobic Natural | Catimor, Caturra and Typica | 1,600 masl
This organically grown microlot comes from Sakoko village in Ermera. Harvested with a strict focus on ripeness, red cherry is selected before undergoing an anaerobic natural fermentation designed to enhance flavour complexity. The coffee is then slowly dried in greenhouse cocoons for around 15 days, resulting in a carefully structured and expressive lot. It brings the blend's fruit notes, along with its rich, creamy body.
Umuko, Rwanda
Washed | Bourbon | 1,600 masl
This lot is IMPACT verified, meeting responsible sourcing standards across environmental, social, and economic pillars. Perfectly ripe cherries are delivered to the washing station, with careful hand selection, flotation, and density grading ensuring quality at every stage. Following wet fermentation, soaking, and hand-sorting, the coffee is sun-dried and milled by RWACOF, resulting in a lovely citrus acidity in the blend.

Tastes Like
Autumn Espresso yields a syrupy and sweet espresso with generous fruit and chocolate notes and a lasting citrus and malic acidity. In milk, the sweet dark chocolate notes will shine backed up by a fruity and smooth aftertaste.

Autumn Filter Blend
Crisp and fruity
While we’ve been creating seasonal espresso blends for years, this is now our third season where we also introduce a Seasonal Filter Blend to our coffee menu. The Seasonal Filter Blend is crafted to shine through brew methods like pourovers and batch brewers. This blend is smooth and grounded, with lovely red apple aromas and a long and sweet aftertaste.

Blend Components
Mwito, Rwanda
Washed | Red Bourbon | 1,350 masl
Mwito is one of the region's more remote washing stations, located on the shores of Lake Kivu, where a strong sense of community underpins coffee production. Since acquiring the mill in 2017, RTC has invested heavily in farmer support including establishing agronomy training, a kindergarten, and a model farm. It brings the blend's red apple notes along with a lingering, tea-like finish.
Yandaro, Burundi
Washed | Bourbon | 1,600 masl
Yandaro Washing Station is located in Burundi’s Kayanza province, near the Rwandan border. Situated beside the Yandaro River and close to the Kibira Rainforest, the area benefits from rich soils and steady groundwater. The station works with over 2,300 local producers, producing coffees that are syrupy yet delicate, with lifted citrus, berry and floral notes. It contributes the blend's most sugary sweet and floral notes.

Tastes Like
Autumn Filter is smooth and round, with notes of quince, pear and cane sugar. Enjoying this blend black will enhance flavour clarity and sweetness.
