Steamed Milk Is Flat

If you're finding the steamed milk from your De'longhi Magifica Evo isn't consistent, or a tad flat, some quick checks and adjustments will improve the milk output and will get you back on track!

1. Clean The Canister: Give the milk canister a clean following the instructions outlined in the video above.
2. Check Milk Straw Alignment: Once cleaned, take a look at where the milk carafe joins the machine- there will be a pin connection here.
   
   Using your fingernail, press lightly down on the end of the pin and then push gently upwards. You should feel a slight movement or click when doing this.
   
   Once this has been completed, ensure the milk straw holes align with the input and output of the top of the milk canister - this ensures that milk will flow through the steaming unit smoothly and will improve the aeration.

Cleaning the milk canister components regularly is a good maintenance step to keep your machine clean and ensure you get a great tasting coffee every time!
