BUILDING INDUSTRY BEANS NEWSTEAD
It takes time to build something special; as we get close to opening Industry Beans Newstead, we’re sharing the journey so far... make sure to view in HD to catch all the best bits!
It's been an incredible year of concept, design and construction that got us to where we are now – only weeks away from opening our doors. We first set our sights on 18 Proe Street in November, 2017, with the vision to create a new Industry Beans for Brisbane coffee and brunch lovers.
We wanted to create a building that could facilitate a wide range of experiences. Building off the concept of our flagship Fitzroy venue, we started with indoor and outdoor seating, a brew bar, an open plan kitchen and a working coffee roastery…
…then, we added private dining areas, a coffee greenhouse, coffee training facilities, and an indoor viewing bridge. All translated into the Industry Beans design language of clean lines, warm timbers and white hues, with a few surprises to be discovered.
Our coffee cocktails are an experience in their own right, sitting alongside a curated list of beautifully produced wines and beers. We’ll be hosting our own events, and we hope to host your next party or celebration, too.
