Inspiration Behind The Creation Of The Daily Muffin
"We really wanted to create something that our customers could enjoy as a grab and go breakfast or quick lunch. We wanted to offer a delicious, moreish bite at all of our cafes that only takes a couple of minutes to cook and at a good price point too. I think we hit the objective!" - Jeremy
Key Ingredients and Seasonal Highlights
"The key in the Daily Muffin/s is the house-made sauce. The OG Bacon & Egg Daily Muffin and the new Sausage & Egg Daily Muffin have a delicious flavoured hollandaise sauce that will have you licking the paper its wrapped in once you finish it. The Egg & Truffle Mushroom Daily Muffin has a truffle roasted field mushroom that pairs perfectly with the generous amount of romesco sauce."

"My personal favourite is the Sausage & Egg Daily Muffin. The Worcestershire Hollandaise sauce pairs so well with the pork sausage. Giving a salty, sweet and bitter combo that's hard to beat! "
