We’re excited to share that we've updated our Fitzroy Street Blend with two exceptional new components: Kaffa, Ethiopia and Bugisu, Uganda. These freshly landed lots bring new depth and balance to the blend, while we continue to showcase Musfaha, Indonesia that rounds out the profile beautifully. Keep reading to learn more about what’s changed and why…

Why the change to our Fitzroy Street Blend?
Coffee is a seasonal crop, much like fruit or wine grapes. To maintain the perfectly balanced flavour profile that the Fitzroy Street Blend is known for, we periodically refresh the blend’s components with the freshest available crops.
Sometimes this means finding new expressions from familiar regions, and sometimes it means sourcing from new origins.
Either way, our goal remains the same: to keep every cup of Fitzroy Street vibrant, balanced, and consistently delicious — all year round.

Meet The New Components
Kaffa, Ethiopia
Washed | Ethiopian Landraces
Much of the coffee produced in Kaffa - including this lot - is grown in coffee forests amidst a diverse mix of plant and animal life. It was selectively handpicked before delivery to the washing station and offers floral notes in the cup that brighten and lift the blend.
Bugisu, Uganda
Washed | Bourbon, SL14, SL28
Sourced from various areas, including the eastern region of Mount Elgon, Bugisu is a highly sought after coffee. This particular lot contributes to the blend’s round body and sweet aftertaste, delivering balance and structure.
What you'll taste now
This update brings extra fruitiness, richness and depth to your cup.
Expect the same beautifully balanced blend that shines whether you drink it black or with milk - bright, smooth, and unmistakably Industry Beans coffee.

Where your cup comes from
The updated Fitzroy Street Blend is now composed of:

How Do I Brew It?
Fitzroy Street tastes great as an espresso, plunger, stovetop, or as a stronger filter brew. We’ve included our recommended espresso recipe here, and if you want help with something else, ask us on live chat or email us and we can chat you through it.
Recommend Espresso Recipe
• Dose: 18g

• Shot time: 26 – 30 seconds
A good extraction of our Fitzroy Street Blend will result in a complex, syrupy espresso with bright citric acidity up front giving way to juicy dark fruits and milk chocolate on the finish.
