Meet Our Spring Single Origin Coffees

Spring collection of Single Origin Blends

Spring is the season of fresh starts, lifted flavours and new arrivals in the roastery. Alongside our Seasonal Blends (discover more here), we’re excited to introduce our single origins - each carefully sourced for the season and roasted to highlight its unique character.

Single Origin Espresso

Kaffa, Ethiopia
Silky, bright and floral

Washed | Ethiopian Landraces |1900 masl

This is the first year we’ve sourced this particular lot from Kaffa, a region widely regarded as the birthplace of Arabica coffee. Produced by a collection of smallholder farmers, it reflects both heritage and innovation, offering a cup that is silky smooth from start to finish.

Kaffa’s high-altitude forests and biodiverse ecosystem provide ideal growing conditions, where heirloom varieties thrive under natural shade. The result is a coffee with depth, elegance and a pleasant citric lift - perfect for espresso this season.

Filter Single Origin

White Nile, Uganda
Jammy, sweet and decadent

Anaerobic Natural | SL14, SL28 | 1700 masl

Produced in the hilly terrains of the Nebbi district in north-western Uganda, White Nile is a coffee with jammy sweetness and a rich, decadent profile. This is the first time we’ve welcomed this lot to our roastery, and it’s a standout for the season.

While White Nile may not yet be a widely recognised region, the producers’ care and commitment to quality is evident in every cup. With rich blueberry notes, a sticky brown sugar finish and a smooth vanilla backdrop, this coffee is as vibrant as the land it comes from.
