How to make your Hazelnut Ganache Latte at home

Pre-warm your cup
Add 10mL Hazelnut Syrup and 30g chocolate mix
Pull a double espresso, and stir through the syrup and chocolate until combined
Steam your milk of choice
Pour the steamed milk in slowly, letting it mix through the espresso, syrup and chocolate. Leave about 0.5–1cm at the top of the cup
Let it sit for 10 seconds to let the foam firm up
Finish with a gentle sprinkle of Brownie Crumble over the top to form the crust
