We recently made some seasonal updates to our espresso blends, with fresh crop single origins rotating in to maintain and enhance the flavours you know and love. Keeping our blends fresh and consistent is something we put a lot of love, care and science into.

Fitzroy Street Blend

A versatile, crowd-pleasing blend
Blackcurrant • Blood Orange • Chocolate

Fitzroy Street Blend was first roasted in our original roastery and cafe in Fitzroy, and we've evolved and modernised it over time.

It's our signature blend and the house espresso in our Fitzroy, Chadstone, York St. and Double Bay Cafes.Fitzroy Street is vibrant coffee that balances bright acidity and dried fruit sweetness in the cup. With tasting notes of blackcurrant, blood orange and chocolate, it's an all-rounder that brews beautifully black or with milk.

    A good extraction of our Fitzroy Street Blend will result in a juicy, yet rich espresso. Too acidic or savoury? Use a finer grind setting and increase your shot time. Or dry and bitter or lacking acidity? Coarsen your grind and decrease your shot time.

    Rose Street was the second blend roasted at Industry Beans, created to offer an option for those who enjoy a well-rounded and sweet cup. It's also the house blend at our Lt. Collins espresso bar in Melbourne CBD!

    Rose Street bursts with flavours of toffee, red cherry and cocoa butter - making it the perfect espresso that cuts well through milk.

    With the opening of our flagship cafe and roastery in Brisbane in 2019, Newstead Blend was created to be our signature blend for the sunshine state.

    Newstead brings an elegant fruit sweetness and a nutty flavour profile to the cup. It's a contemporary blend with plenty of clarity, that is suited for all coffee drinkers.

    All Time Espresso was crafted especially for the ultimate espresso extraction at home. It's our most developed blend, perfectly balanced to deliver the all-time best coffee at home, every day.

    All Time blend offers a familiar classic coffee taste that we already know and love. It brings a delicious rich, syrupy mouthfeel with dark notes that works perfectly as an espresso.
