About This Brewer

The Fellow Aiden Precision Coffee Maker offers a new level of precision and clarity in the cup. With smart temperature controls, customisable profiles, and the signature minimal Fellow design, it's a beautiful step up for someone looking to elevate their home coffee setup.

Pair with the Bruer Spectrum Paper Filters for pure, consistent flavour.

Why You'll Love It

Where to begin! This brewer can be used to make single serve cups, or batch brews. The degree of control in settings mimics the control of a hand-poured coffee, with exact adjustments to temperature, ratio and bloom.

It also has an App for scheduling, saving, and sharing brew profiles. The thermal double-walled carafe keeps coffee hot for hours without a heating plate, and the self-cleaning cycle keeps maintenance at a minimum.

How it works

Pourover quality, made effortless

Brews like a pourover
Aiden manages temperature, timing and water flow throughout the brew - so you get that clean, considered pourover result without the full process.

Dials in the temperature as it brews
Different stages of a filter brew call for different temperatures, and Aiden adjusts to the degree as it goes. The payoff is in the cup: brighter clarity, better balance and natural sweetness, every single time.

Bloom and pulse control
Aiden starts with a dedicated bloom to let your coffee degas, then guides water through in steady, measured pulses. It's a gentler, more even extraction - which means no bitterness or harsh edges, just the flavours you actually want.

One showerhead, any brew size
The adjustable dual showerhead spreads water evenly across the whole coffee bed, scaling its coverage whether you're brewing a single cup or a full carafe. So your solo cup and your weekend batch for friends both come out tasting exactly as they should.

FAQs

What makes the Aiden different from a regular filter brewer?

Most drip machines use a single fixed temperature and pour the water through in one go, which is why the coffee can taste flat or inconsistent. The Aiden Brewer works more like a skilled hand doing a pourover: it controls temperature to the degree, starts with a proper bloom, then sends the water through in measured pulses. The result is a cleaner, more balanced, better-tasting cup, at the touch of a button.

Do I need a separate grinder for the Aiden?

Yes - the Aiden doesn't have a built-in grinder, and freshly ground coffee is one of the biggest factors in a great filter brew. We recommended pairing it with a quality burr grinder, like the Fellow Opus 2.

How many cups of coffee does the Aiden brew?

The Aiden Brewer makes single cups to a full carafe, and does both to perfection. The adjustable showerhead scales its coverage to the brew size, so your solo morning cup and your weekend batch for friends both come out tasting as they should. It's a genuinely versatile brewer whether you're drinking alone or making a round.

What coffee works best in the Aiden Brewer?

Filter roasted coffee is where the Aiden shines. Lighter and medium roasts tend to show beautiful clarity and sweetness through this kind of brewing, though it's well worth exploring across different origins to find what you love. Try our Seasonal Filter Blend or range of single origins.
