Fellow FAQs

Who are Fellow coffee products designed for?

The Fellow range is suitable for beginners, and perfected for professionals. The Fellow brewers are approachable enough for the aspiring home barista - intuitive to use, with guided features to help you make your best cup from the start. The precision and consistency are sure to impress the experts, giving you real control over all the details.

What coffee should I use with Fellow brewing equipment?

Great gear deserves great coffee - and that's our speciality! We roast blends and single origins that shine across espresso and filter, so whichever Fellow brewer you choose, we match you with beans that bring out its best.

Is Industry Beans an official Fellow stockist?

Yes, we're proudly an official Australian stockist of the Fellow range. That means genuine products, local warranty cover and a real team you can talk to if you need a hand. You're buying from a specialist coffee business, not just a retailer, so you've got support from people who actually use and understand the equipment - even in our cafes!

How long will my products take to ship?

Fellow products are shipped from our Melbourne roastery, and are dispatched next business day unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are typically 1-7 business days Australia-wide.
