My Coffee Is Not Hot Enough

If you want to adjust the temperature of your coffee, we recommend a combination of the following steps to get your perfect cup!

1. Preheat Your Cup: A cold cup will take a lot of heat away from your coffee. Heat your cup by placing it beneath the milk nozzle and select the hot water purge button on the top left hand side of the panel before making your coffee. This will also pre-heat the milk nozzle at the same time - two birds, one stone!
   
2. Set The Temperature To High: Adjust the temperature on the machine to ‘high’ by following the instructions in the video above.
   
3. Turn Off Energy Saving: All De'Longhi coffee machines in Australia are automatically set with the energy-saving mode on. Turning this feature off will increase the milk and coffee shot temperature.
