We first created Fitzroy Iced in 2017 at our original Fitzroy Café & Roastery, on a mission to craft the ultimate iced coffee experience. Around that time, we introduced our Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, and we wanted to find the perfect way to showcase its smooth, rich flavour. Working alongside our chefs, we developed a panela and wattleseed syrup - a nod to our love for Australian native ingredients - that pairs beautifully with the deep, balanced notes of our coffee concentrate. How to Make a Fitzroy Iced Coffee at Home
Ingredients
- 30ml Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 15mL sweetener (we use a panela syrup infused with wattleseed, but feel free to experiment!)
- 150mL milk (dairy or plant-based - your choice!)
- Ice
Method
Step 1 - Fill a glass with ice cubes and add your sweetener.
Step 2 - Pour in 150mL of milk.
Step 3 - Top with 30mL of Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate.
Step 4 - Give it a good stir, sip, and enjoy!
