Every three months our seasonal blend gives us an opportunity to create a coffee that reflects nature’s changes to our everyday surroundings.

For our Summer ’20-21 Blend we have combined two vibrant African coffees to create a deliciously sweet and fruit-driven blend – a truly festive cup, perfect for the holiday season.

  • 50% Kasese Mubuku, Uganda
  • 50% Swara AB, Kenya

Kasese Mubuku, Uganda - Kasese station sits on a 20-acre plot of land on the banks of the Mubuku River, which runs from the glacial caps of the Upper Rwenzori Ranges on its way down past Kasese station. By slowing the caramelisation and overall development of this coffee we have maximised the delicious candied sweetness that it brings to the blend.

Swara AB, Kenya - Named for the Swahili word for the graceful and elegant gazelle, this regional lot comes from small producers from Central-Western Kenya. We’ve roasted Swara to emphasise its juicy, berry-like acidity, whilst also preserving its thick, syrupy mouthfeel.
