This coffee is complex and silky. The natural processing is quite subtle, showcasing a juicy fruit and candy sweetness supported by delicate florals. When roasting, we've applied greater heat in the first part of the roast to allow for proper inner bean development, as the beans are quite dense.
Filter brewing tips: Ethiopian beans tend to produce more fine grounds, so we suggest trying a smaller dose and pouring slowly to avoid any clogging, to keep your brew time on track.
