Starting Out
- Dose: 45g of coffee per 750ml of water
- Grind: Coarse
- Brew Time: 12 - 24 hours
Step 1
Weigh out 45g of coffee and grind to coarse.
Step 2
Place coffee grounds into the filter basket.

Fill the bottle about 80% full with cold water
Step 4
Place the filter basket into the bottle.
Step 5
Securely attach the lid to the bottle and place the bottle to the refrigerator.
Step 6
Allow the coffee to steep in the refrigerator for a minimum of 12 hours, up to 24 hours for a stronger brew.
Step 7
Once the desired brew time has elapsed, remove the filter basket containing the coffee grounds. Pour and enjoy!
Our Brewing Tips:
- If not consumed in one go, store the cold brew in the refrigerator to keep it chilled and preserve its flavours. Make sure to keep the lid on the bottle!
- Cold brew can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week, although the taste may gradually become less vibrant over time.
