COLD BREW ICED COFFEE

A refreshing and creamy iced coffee made with three simple ingredients!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 30mL Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 15mL Sugar Syrup
  • 175mL Milk of Choice

METHOD

Fill a cup with ice and add Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, sugar syrup and your milk of choice. Stir and enjoy!

COLD BREW ESPRESSO MARTINI

An Industry Beans classic that is sure to please any crowd!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 30mL Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 30mL Mr Black Coffee Liquor
  • 30mL Vodka or Gin
1/2 cup of Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
1/2 cup of water
5 tbs of sugar (dissolved in hot water)
METHOD
Pour all ingredients into a shaker wiwth ice, shake hard! Double strain into a martini glass and top with your choice of garnish.
In a large bowl, whisk all ingredients. Pour into a shallow dish and freeze for one hour. Then use a fork to gently scrape the mixture. Repeat process 2 times in 30 minute intervals. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.

COLD BREW NEGRONI

A caffeinated twist on a classic Negroni!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 30mL Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 30mL Gin
  • 15mL Campari
  • 15mL Sweet Vermouth
30mL of Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
30mL of Gin

15mL of Campari
15mL Sweet Vermouth

METHOD

Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Stir and garnish with a blood orange slice.

COLD BREW JELLY

A perfectly light and fresh dessert for any coffee lover!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tbs unflavoured gelatin powder
  • 1/8 cup water

METHOD

Combine gelatine powder and water in a small bowl. Place the Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a near boil. Turn off heat and whisk in gelatin mixture until dissolved. Cool for 10-15 minutes then pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate until set. Cut into cubes.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 30mL Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream

This energizing cold brew granita makes the perfect hot weather treat!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1/2 cup Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 tbs sugar (dissolved in hot water)
