The newest member of our cold brew family!
We’re delighted to introduce our newest, most effervescent member of our ready to drink family: the Cascara Spritz.
We’ve taken a simple cascara brew, with a rich, tea-like flavour and a syrupy mouthfeel, and carbonated it for an exciting new drinking experience. It’s both refreshing and energising, and delicious on its own straight from the can or as a base for missed drinks, mocktails and cocktails
What is Cascara?
Cascara is the name for the husk of the dried coffee cherry, and while it might not be a name you’ve heard before, we’re sure you’ll be hearing it a lot more. It’s the secret superfood of the coffee world, rich with antioxidants and all their well-known health benefits. Cascara used to be a by-product of the coffee industry, removed to reveal the beans within and discarded. These days, however, premium cascara is dried and packaged to be brewed into a delicious fruit tea, like ours.
It’s bubbly, tasty and has a nice caffeine kick too, nourishing both your body and your mind when you need some natural energy.
Our Cascara Spritz cans are available in Industry Beans cafes, on our online store, and soon in Industry Beans supplied cafes around Australia, too. If you’re cascara-curious, give them a try – we’re think you’re going to love it.
