Every three months our seasonal blend gives us an opportunity to create a coffee that reflects nature’s changes to our everyday surroundings.
Winter '21 is a combination of two very different coffees, resulting in a sweet, warming blend, which is exactly what we all need in Winter. While we love the deep fruit notes, our favourite element of the blend is the dense, velvety body that creates a fulfilling espresso experience.

ABOUT THIS BLEND
Tirra Estate, Costa Rica - This lot represents so many things that we love in coffee: community, traceability and quality. Located within the district of San Marco, Tirra Estate is owned by the Coopetarrazu cooperative, who give back to the community with agricultural, educational and social programs. This natural lot brings big fruit notes to the Winter Blend.
Sitio Santa Terezinha, Brazil - Coming from the native Tupi word ‘amantikir’, Mantiqueira means ‘where the mountains cry’. This micro-region is located on the slopes of the Mantiqueira Mountains, a region that has built a reputation as leader in specialty coffee in Brazil. So much more than just a base in the blend, this lot is super sweet and heavy in body, balancing out the Tirra Estate perfectly.
